My app runs only for certain IPs alone, not able to access the app from some new IP addresses.
I've already tried in incognito and it fails, I've shared the URL of my app to some of my friends and none them are able to view the app, the same is with me when I try to switch network.

Have you tried clearing your local cache and/or setting your browser/machine's DNS servers to 1.1.1.1?

Does this happen on the same network? It's possible that the ISP blocked Railway domains.

Accepting 1.1.1.1 resolves this issue.. but this concerns me, how do move this app to prod? Can you help me out here?

There isn’t a “prod” or “dev” in Railway. You need to make your own environments.
