There is currently an active incident affecting our build infrastructure: https://status.railway.com/incident/ZLI8N955. While the status update mentions throttling for Hobby and Trial plans, the underlying builder instability is also causing delays for Pro builds. We're actively investigating. Please follow the status page for updates, and try cancelling the stuck deployments and redeploying once the incident is resolved.
