please fix deployment issue, deployments are in queue for a very long time and not staring, in previous free trial plan deployment were done properly, but now after hobby plan its not working

Your "web" service's latest deployment is not progressing, and there are no build or runtime logs, confirming it never started building. This is not related to your plan change. We are currently experiencing platform-wide deployment delays that are actively being worked on. Your deployments should proceed normally once this is resolved, and no action is needed on your end.
