Both of your services are currently in a QUEUED state, which on the Hobby plan can happen during periods of high traffic when Pro/Enterprise workloads are prioritized. Your queued deployments will automatically process once resources free up, or you can upgrade to the Pro plan to bypass the deployment queue.

its an acceptable to point the resoltion to going to Pro and then we come to know thats its system wide issue!

Sorry the original copy in the incident was not clear - the spike in deploys impacted Pro, Hobby and Trial users. We are throttling the lower tiers to try to take pressure off while we address the underlying problem. https://status.railway.com/incident/ZLI8N955 will keep you updated. Apologies.

Yes, your issue is related to the active incident at https://status.railway.com/incident/ZLI8N955 ("Builds are slow to progress for some users"). The earlier incident about delayed deploys (https://status.railway.com/incident/QVJT4QJO) was resolved earlier today and is separate. The active incident confirms Pro users can also see delayed deployments. Please follow the status page for updates.

Quite simply, load. We're trying to scale the build fleet but in the immediate term, we're going to start implementing time of day based rate limit for Free accounts.
