When I push an update to my codebase via Github repository, those updates are being stuck in an endless queue.

But it's happening even for pro users . Java deployment took more than 30 mins to go through and now another service is just hanging in the queue.

Sorry the original copy in the incident was not clear - the spike in deploys impacted Pro, Hobby and Trial users. We are throttling the lower tiers to try to take pressure off while we address the underlying problem. https://status.railway.com/incident/ZLI8N955 will keep you updated. Apologies.
