All of my sites on Railway, including openquiz.ai and whichpath.ai, took too long to load at first time. The error only appears today, and I updated nothing. Maybe the connection between Railway and Cloudflare has some problems.

They're loading fine here, have you tried clearing browser cache and or try accessing them in incognito mode?
Have you tried accessing it from another network or mobile data?
One thing that I did notice is that whichpath.ai takes a while to load some assets, make sure it's gzip-compressed and consider splitting it into smaller chunks if possible. Check your build output.
