I paid for the hobby plan subscription for $5 with my card, then I see that $1 is deducted twice, and then it says the plan can't be activated because there are insufficient funds or it simply says my card is declined, and on top of all that, the hobby plan isn't activated.

Hello,
It looks like the card on file couldn’t be charged successfully due to insufficient funds. In addition to the subscription fee, a temporary $1 authorization hold is placed to verify the card’s validity. This hold is automatically released by your bank within a few days.
Please double-check that the payment method you’re using is active and can accept new charges.
