Hello, I hope all is well. I'm reaching out regarding my Hobby plan, which was unexpectedly downgraded to the Trial plan. I had been using the Hobby plan for almost 2 months. In addition, I received an email yesterday stating that $7 was charged for my usage, even though the billing date is supposed to be on August 24th. I'm unsure why this happened, as it was not authorized by me and seemed to occur automatically. This morning, I noticed that my plan had been switched to the Trial plan without my consent,. I hope you can assist me with this matter. Thank you.

and now i am trying to return to the Hobby plan and requests me to purchase credits but i can not for unknown reason

Hello, I will try to answer your questions and shed some light on what happened here.

This was because you ran out of credits. You were sent an email on thursday that your credits where low, and another email Saturday that you ran out of credits.

Yep, this is what happens when a user runs out of credits, go ahead and load more credits so you are able to sign back up to the Hobby plan.

I understand, but why am I unable to purchase credits? I have a prepaid Visa card, and it prompts me to purchase credits. However, when I go to the billing page, I cannot find the option to do so.
