Since you're on the free plan, I'd recommend reaching out to Railway support and mentioning that your robust-amazement service has an invalid iad region in its config that's preventing it from being accessible. They should be able to clear it quickly.

In the meantime, your service is running — it's just the config corruption blocking the public URL.
