My IP address change on every new deploy

Every time when i change new deploy to the server it change the IP address

Outbound IP addresses are not static by default and will change between deployments. If you need a fixed outbound IP (e.g., for allowlisting with a third-party service), the Static Outbound IPs feature is available on the Pro plan under your service's Settings > Networking section.
