Hello, my IP was blocked and just upgraded to use postgress and i can't use railway to the best of its abilities.
Please let me know what the solution is?

Your Postgres service is deployed and running successfully with no errors in the logs. Could you clarify what you mean by "IP blocked" - are you unable to access the Railway dashboard, unable to connect to your Postgres database externally, or is a third-party service rejecting connections from your Railway services? If a third-party service requires IP whitelisting, you can enable Static Outbound IPs in your service settings since you're on the Pro plan.
