My MongoDB keeps crashing and I don't know why

It started crashing today and idk how to fix it. If it's unsalvageable, how can I transfer the data.

It's likely due to the Trial plan resource limitations, specifically the max 500MB volumes, you can upgrade to the Hobby plan for access to 5GB volumes, then go into the MongoDB data volume's settings and grow it to 5GB.
