My MySQL service has been stuck deploying for over 20 minutes with no logs.

Issue:

  • Deployment shows "in progress" for 20+ minutes

  • Deploy logs are completely empty

  • Post-Deploy step shows "not started"

What happened:

  • MySQL upgraded from 9.4 to 9.6 on Feb 11

  • Post-Deploy never completed since then

  • Database unreachable via SSH

  • Tried adding env variable to force redeploy - now gets stuck

I have also tried joining Discord to access help, but when trying to verify my account, I get an error saying it failed to authenticate once I link it to my discord account and I am still unable to access anything in the server, though my Railway account says my discord is connected.
