Restart won't work, you need to redeploy

You’ll need to go to your service settings and increase memory, then redeploy after. Plan upgrades don’t automatically apply resource increases to services.

Could you please tell step by step how to do it? In my case the scale is in max 8GB

Click on your service, go to the Settings tab, scroll down, and you’ll see a slider that lets you increase the memory to 8 GB. Redeploy after.

If you have increased your resources, and the db is still crashing after a redeploy; try to redeploy source image by clicking on your postgres service, then press CTRL+K, then select redeploy source image.
