I run an AI agent customer support system which got automatically redeployed using a very old version of the app. An entire day of loss, massive customer site failure, and there was no push from my site or GitHub. This was a massive error from the Railway side, where an old version was automatically redeployed.

I have done that, but I want to understand what exactly happened that caused this.

I did not redeploy an old version myself, and there is no one sharing my account credentials, and nothing came from git. What exactly happened? Is this a common issue that can happen on the Railway side because this is a massive failure? I don't know. I want to understand what exactly happened that can cause this.
