My subscription payment was due Sept 29 and paid Oct 7. My deployment/project is missing from my dashboard.

Your data isn't gone. You just need to redeploy with a working version.

Can you share a screenshot of what you see? Railway will never delete projects, just delete the last deployment which you can easily redeploy.
