my project is not redeploying

I know you've been experiencing issues since yesterday, and in theory, everything should be fixed by now. I've reset and redeployed my “Hostreach CRM” app, but it's not responding and isn't showing any logs.

I need your help with this; without access to this app, the sales team can't do their jobs.

Your Hostreach CRM services (Twenty Server and Twenty Worker) show their latest deployments completed successfully around 11:30-11:50 UTC today, but we can confirm no runtime logs are appearing for either service. This is consistent with residual effects from the major service disruption that was resolved earlier today, and there is also an ongoing build infrastructure issue that may be contributing. We recommend trying a fresh redeploy of both the Twenty Server and Twenty Worker services. If logs still don't appear and the app remains unresponsive after redeploying, please let us know.

Apologies for this canned message but in an effort to help all our customers get back up and running, we are sending this bulk message. As you may know, we had a major interruption to our services yesterday. We've published a post-mortem if you'd like more information on the incident. It describes what happened and what we are doing to prevent it in the future. We are deeply sorry for the impact that it has had on you.

It is taking some time to bring everything back up, but we are working on it as fast as we can. In general, a redeployment should fix most service issues. Due to the volume of customers redeploying right now, builds and deploys may take longer than normal to process.

You can track recovery status here: https://status.railway.com/incident/KVZ1Z8GY

If you are still having other issues that might be related to the incident you can read more here: https://station.railway.com/community/road-to-recovery-post-gcp-outage-builds-d362e48c

Feel free to respond if your question has not been addressed.

I don't know how many re-deployments I've done, but the app doesn't seem to be responding.

The logs don't tell me anything, just:

"Mounting volume on: /var/lib/containers/railwayapp/bind-mounts/86ef87df-f3d7-4c41-8717-b8fc55e9fe0c/vol_tf1jqoczdi4hyt3u

Running database setup and migrations..."

Apologies but this looks like an issue with the application level code. Due to volume, we can only answer platform level issues.

I've made this thread public so that the community might be able to help with you query.

Actually, this app is a CRM built using a community template, and it wasn't malfunctioning before the issues that occurred the day before yesterday. I'm open to the possibility of restoring it, but in the meantime, I'll be migrating to another system.
