Thats definitely not intended. Do you have any more info into what you saw fully? Any screenshots or error messages?

This is all I have. The UI was stuck in the loading state and my cron that supposed to run at 00:00 didn't. Everything is back to normal now but I'm curious how often this happens?

This is not expected behavior. Your trial workspace has credit remaining and should not have experienced any service interruption. We can confirm there were no status page incidents during the 00:00-10:00 window you experienced downtime. Your service is running normally now, and we can see your cron jobs are executing successfully. We don't have a clear explanation for what caused the temporary disruption, but this is not something that should happen regularly.
