My Projects Are Not Available

Hi Railway Team

I need help with my projects on my Railway instance. All my projects are currently offline and not responding.

Here’s one of the affected projects:

  • Environment: Production

  • Project Name: POS-CRM-NOVA

  • Project ID: 82988959-05f3-4bcc-a0b6-4a8eebdbbb3b

There are no errors in the logs or console, but the services are not accessible.

Could this issue be related to the recent infrastructure migration to "Metal"? Please advise. I also have others projects in my account

Hello,

The service you linked to is a database, but I can access the domain for the SERVER_CRM_NOVA service just fine.

Can you please be more specific when you say they aren't accessible?
