I had my projects deployed in railway and working correctly in my Hobby Plan. I missed paying the invoice and I just paid it, my services are not deployed correctly, what happened?

after a failed payment restarting your services is a manual process -

go into each service and redeploy the removed deployment from it's 3-dot menu

@Brody i have a similar issue,

I paid and I restarted all services, however my databases are not connecting. Hence, the main service keeps breaking.
