no, my account and the rest like hithub are right, And they have been charged me twice for two times for the 1.1 months I have been on the starter plan, the trial is not true for me.I am thinking to leave, it is not serious and also the kind of slow and and ineffective atemption
you guys haven't answered yet, but i must also say that i have checked that the two payments to railway have been charged, however they still don't appear in the billing history as it is empty, the first was on september 1st and the second on october 2nd, so there is no trial, but the account is still visible with 5 days for the remaining service or upgrade above in red, and i know the account is correct because the integrations I made with hithub, discord and google since I created them are still maintained and appear.

Nvm, I found your correct account. You have indeed logged into the incorrect railway account.
Railway hasn't emailed me either of the two invoices, so I don't have any invoice. The first email I received from Railway is dated the 13th, as you can see in the screenshot. The online receipt doesn't show any recipient details, just Railway's name. I'd have to call my bank to find out, but you should be able to identify me from the screenshot where it confirms the origin of the Railway email and my destination email. Then, you should be able to check it.
