My Railway services works very slows from few days ago

I do not make any changes, but suddenly my services works very slow. I have a Laravel Project with a MySQL service. All backend in Railway and my Frontend in Vercel. In both cases, I do not make changes from several months ago.

What do you suggest for checking and fix it?

Unfortunately some request times in Chrome's dev tools is not sufficient metrics, we would need to see tracing data.

Do you have some guile about, like get the info that you request?

Adding tracing to your application would not be platform specific, so I am unable to offer any such guides.

I don't want to change my app for adding it now. But OK, I thought I could solve it here, I will try using others services it's easy for me. Thanks!
