My redis service stopped running and my users are not able to use my app right now. Can anyone help? If I restart or redeploy my redis service from my Railway dashboard will I lose any data?

Hello,

We had an incident earlier that caused some running workloads to be unexpectedly terminated while the status in the UI didn't properly update. This has since been resolved, but in some cases, you may need to redeploy your services.

now i just got a random alert saying my API service crashed randomly and I haven't deployed anything or touched it since this morning/early afternoon when i restarted the services
