Your latest deployment is currently in a FAILED state, so the service is not running at all right now. Beyond that, the closest region we offer to India is Southeast Asia (Singapore), which you can select in your service settings under the "Regions" section. If your service is currently deployed to a European or US region, switching to Singapore should significantly reduce latency for Indian users.

Can you define "down" most of the time?

Also, can you share error logs (if any)?

There are no error logs!

When I test the server in ireland with my phone, it works fine.

in India, on the laptops/PCs server acts fine. but when the user shifts to a phone browser, the server somehow fails to get and respond to a request.

On phone, is it using the same network that it uses on PC? Or is it mobile data?

phone is using mobile data,

but we have tried with the pc connected to the same network as well, it's still not working.

Try using a VPN, use 1.1.1.1 as your device's DNS, or use a custom domain.
