My server is crashing. I can put the same app in another server and they work just fine, but the one they have been hosted on for month with the database with all my data is crashing and i cant fix. My account ended for a period, but than i payed to host again, but now my apps are having this issue. I get some logs, like cancelation token expired or connection string not found, but no changes have been made to the apps

Your logs mention something about a missing variable, I'm going to assume this is a missing database variable, and it looks like you are about to apply that change to add one.
After deploying that change, let me know if you continue to have issues.
