Hello Railway team,
My application is still inaccessible even after the recent platform incident was marked as resolved.
On the Railway dashboard, the service appears as “Online”, but the application itself does not respond and shows the following error page:
“Application failed to respond”
This is affecting production access to my platform (suagaragem.com).
Additional details:
The issue started after the recent Railway service disruption.
The service status in the dashboard is inconsistent with the real application state.
One of the related services/databases has also shown crash behavior intermittently.
I have already tried restarting/redeploying, but the problem persists.
Could you please investigate whether there is any infrastructure/network issue affecting the deployment routing or container communication?
