My service was crash-looping for a while due to a missing environment variable during initial setup, which I've since fixed. I believe that triggered the suspicious activity flag. Can you review and restore access?

Your workspace is currently restricted, and unfortunately for paid-plan workspaces this restriction cannot be reversed. We're not able to share the specific reason behind the restriction.
The next step available is to cancel your plan and offboard from the workspace. You can do this from your workspace billing page. We understand this isn't the outcome you were hoping for, and we're sorry we can't offer a different path here.
