Dear Team,
We recently renewed our company(Roitech) subscription for the Hobby plan, but the service is still unavailable on our account. Payment was made on the 20th of May ,2026.
Could you please check and resolve this issue as soon as possible?
Thank you.

Your workspace is currently in an inactive state. The last successful subscription payment we see was on 2026-05-03 for $5, and while there is a $0 invoice from 2026-05-19, there is no new subscription payment after that. You will need to resubscribe from your workspace billing settings to reactivate your plan. After bringing your account back into good standing, you will need to manually redeploy your services. Please see our documentation for more information on redeploying stopped services.

Hello,
You paid an old outstanding invoice, but since it remained unpaid for an extended period, your Railway account was cancelled.
To continue using Railway, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan again through your workspace's plans page: https://railway.com/workspace/plans
Best regards,
The Railway Team

Hello Brody,
After the free plan elapsed we started paying for the Hobby plan .First payment was April 3 and the next was May 20th. Please can i know where the outstanding is coming from , could it be the free plan?
And please I believe it's a monthly payment of $5 for the Hobby plan?
Thank you for your time , however, your service is really good and reliable

The Hobby plan is $5/month, correct. Here's what happened with your billing: your April 3rd payment covered the Hobby plan for that cycle, and the May 3rd payment covered the next. However, your subscription was cancelled before the following cycle due to non-payment, so the invoice on May 19th was a $0 finalization invoice settling remaining usage, not a subscription renewal. That's the receipt you received.
To get your services back, you'll need to start a new Hobby subscription at your workspace plans page. The $5 charge there is for a new subscription going forward, separate from the old balance. After subscribing, you'll need to redeploy your services manually.
..and thank you for the kind words, we appreciate them
