Neither of the two required DNS records for your custom subdomain are present in public DNS right now. You need a CNAME record pointing to the target shown in your service's Networking settings (it ends in .up.railway.app), and a TXT record at the _railway-verify host shown there with the exact verification value from that same panel. Both the CNAME and TXT values are displayed when you click "Show DNS records" on the domain in your service settings. Once both are added at your registrar and propagate, verification and certificate issuance will resume automatically.

Your DNS records are correct and fully propagated, but the domain registered on your service has a one-letter typo - it is missing an "m" compared to your actual domain. Remove the mistyped entry from your service's Networking settings and re-add it with the correct spelling, and verification will pick up the records you already have in place.
