my site is down, it's not clear what is the cause

I'm getting "Not Found" error intermittently

I've re-deployed, all looks like it should be working.. but it's not.

No issues on the database end (using Mongo)

I'm able to access it just fine. Have you tried accessing your site from an incognito browser? You might be running into some caching issues.
