Hello.

For the past few days, all my MySQL databases hosted on Railway have been throwing the following error: mysqli::real_connect(): (HY000/2002): Connection refused.

We haven't changed anything regarding the connection or settings. What could have happened, and how can I resolve this?

Have you tried redeploying the service?

Yes, twice.

Are there any errors in the logs?

If no changes were made on your end. Try to redeploy source image by selecting your service, then press Ctrl+k, then redeploy source image. This might work better than a normal redeploy.

I switched servers, and it worked correctly. My question is: is there a firewall or some mechanism on Railway that blocks IPs? I had never configured anything like that.

Railway doesn't have a mechanism to allow/block IPs.
