While creating the rawilway MySQL database, the following message is displayed and the deployment does not proceed:

[Deployment Online This service requires a deployment to be online ]

Deployment gets stuck or fails after this message.

It works well.
After leaving the failed service as it was and recreating the MySQL image, it started working successfully.
