MySQL db is not sleeping

Created a "test" environment from "production".

  • Enabled "App sleep" on all services in "test" environment.

But my Mysql db is not sleeping, not sure why?

if your app is keeping a connection open to the database the database won't be able to sleep

this statement applies to both private and public network traffic although private traffic is not shown on that graph because it is not billed
