Hi, I have a startup in production and the service isn't working. All the information, all the users, and all the data are down. This isn't just happening for my own project, but also for the other projects I'm running on this platform. Right now, it's essential to use it because users are paying for subscriptions to have visibility, and I can't see anything.
I see the same error in all my logs Error: Connection lost: The server closed the connection.
I'm losing money and credibility.
