I can't use or open my SQL service here. I get the message "Database Connection

We cannot connect to the database using SSH.

Session Error." I've tried restarting the service and redeploying it, but it didn't fix the problem. Can anyone help me, please?

I don't know how to fix it, but it resolves itself. Perhaps you should post your problem online so someone in support can help you.

I Redeployed it and it went back, but this took around 8 minutes

The "Session error" in the Database tab is a known issue with the dashboard's SSH-based database viewer, it does not necessarily mean your database is down. Your database is likely still accessible via its connection URL. You can verify by connecting with an external client (e.g., MySQL Workbench, TablePlus, or the CLI) using the connection string from the Variables tab. Redeploying can resolve it, but as noted in this thread it may take several minutes. We are looking into this on our end.
