I created the MySQL service with resource 32 vCPU and 32GB Memmory, now in the start the region was Southeast Asia (Singapore) and mysql version 9.4.

i made the changes in both, i changed the region to US East (Virginia USA) and resources to 8vCPU, 32GB Memory and deployed it, the first it got deployed but i was not able to connect to database, it was crashing again and again when i checked the deploy logs and when i tried to redeploy it, it's getting crashed.

Please help with this.
