MySQL service stuck in “Queued – Waiting for volume migration”

Hi Railway Team,

My MySQL service has been stuck in status “Queued – Waiting for volume migration” for a long time and is not coming online. Because of this, I cannot connect to the database and my application is blocked.

Here are the details:
