My MySQL service is stuck in a restart loop after mounting the volume.

Volume:

Recent logs only show:

Mounting volume on .../vol_h1ui9j4shb5ekhfd

Before restarting, MySQL showed InnoDB long semaphore waits:

LOG_FILES / LOG_WRITER / log0files_governor.cc / log0meb.cc

It never reaches "ready for connections".

Please help clone or recover this volume, or start MySQL with innodb_force_recovery=1/2/3 so I can export a mysqldump.
