Looks like your deploys went out, is this still an issue elsewhere?

in the end i had to delete the service and recreate it with a different name (it says the old name still exists), but that was the only way to fix it

old name: mysql, new name: mysql-0

I'm glad you found a solution, for future reference, you cannot have two services with the same name across any environment within a project.
