Whenever I try to SSH into any of my services, the connection consistently fails. This happens both when connecting through the Railway console and when attempting to connect directly from my local terminal.

We're sorry SSH has been blocking your work. Railway SSH and the dashboard console are currently unavailable on any service that has Static Outbound IPs enabled, and connections to those services fail in both the console and the CLI.
Could you confirm whether Static Outbound IPs is turned on for the services you're trying to reach? If it is, the workaround is to deploy a separate small service without Static Outbound IPs in the same project and use it as a jumpbox. We aim to resolve this incompatibility in the coming weeks, but we don't have a concrete timeline to share.

Thanks for confirming. Since those services have Static Outbound IPs enabled, Railway SSH and the dashboard console aren't available for them right now, which is why connections fail from both the console and your terminal.
To get shell access in the meantime, you can deploy a separate small service without Static Outbound IPs in the same project and use it as a jumpbox, so your existing services keep their static IPs for outbound traffic.

SSH should now work with Static Outbound IPs enabled. Please try connecting again and let us know if you still run into any issues.
Thank you for your patience.
