Hi,

I tried inviting my teammate to our team's project on Friday, but it Railway was going through an outage therefore it was posted in the updates that the signups were disabled, but now when everything is back to Normal that same teammate is still unable to join the team from GitHub/Google, as soon as she clicks Accept invite and then logs in when prompted, it shows an Error with the message something like "Not accepting new signups."

If anyone can help, that'd be great.
