Hey, do you see the downgrade to free plan option at https://railway.com/workspace/plans? It should be listed here once your trial has expired (which should be the case with the screenshots you have provided).

After your trial ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan, which provides $1 of free credit per month. Your account currently shows a Hobby plan subscription in an inactive state. If you'd like to stay on the Free plan, you don't need to do anything, just remove any services that exceed Free plan limits (0.5 GB RAM, 1 vCPU per service). You can manage your plan from your billing settings.

Your workspace currently has an inactive Hobby subscription with no payment history, so you can cancel it from your billing settings by clicking "Cancel Plan" under the Active Plan section, which will revert your account to the Free plan with $1 of free credit per month.
