My TXT is not updating on godaddy. Is this normal?

The domain is timesheet.optimalhomecareagency.com (root domain optimalhomecareagency.com, DNS managed at GoDaddy). Railway is asking me to add a TXT verification record (_railway-verify.timesheet), and I've added it in GoDaddy DNS, but Railway still shows it as unverified. It's been [X minutes/hours] since I added it.

It may take up to a few hours (maybe even a day) for Railway to validate the DNS and issue certificates. If one isn't issued by then, try removing the domain from Railway and add it back after ~10-15 mins. Update DNS records as necessary.

The domain is timesheet.optimalhomecareagency.com, DNS at GoDaddy. Railway asked for the TXT record _railway-verify.timesheet, which I added, and it's confirmed live publicly:

But Railway still shows the domain as unverified. Can you trigger a re-check on your end, or let me know if there's something else blocking verification?
