My volume settings show a maximum size of 5.00 GB, but inside the running container the mounted /data filesystem reports:

total_bytes: 454299648

used_bytes: 444157952

free_bytes: 77824

The application receives Errno 28: No space left on device.

The volume is connected to the production service "sharkie" and mounted at /data. The filesystem appears to have remained at approximately 0.5 GB instead of expanding to 5 GB.

Could you force an offline filesystem resize or repair the volume without deleting its data?

Your volume was set to 5 GB, but that capacity was never actually made available to the service, which is why /data kept reporting around 0.5 GB and returning the no-space error.

We've corrected that. The volume now has the full 5 GB available, and all of your existing data is intact. After your current data you should see roughly 4.2 GB free.

There's no active deployment on sharkie right now, so deploy again and it will come up with the full space.
