Your domain www.xdtglobal.us has a CNAME pointing to Railway, but the bare domain xdtglobal.us (without www) does not - its DNS A records point to Cloudflare IPs, not Railway. You'll need to add xdtglobal.us as a custom domain on your service in the Railway dashboard and configure the corresponding DNS records in Cloudflare.

It'll be the Cloudflare dashboard, find the domain in the Cloudflare dashboard, and then in the sidebar go to DNS > Records.
From there you'll be able to copy the DNS details from the Railway service settings page, and create the missing records: a CNAME pointing to something like randomchars.up.railway.app and a verification TXT record to prove ownership.
