Additionally, I'm currently not able to access your website. I'd make sure you have added your custom domain correctly.
Seeing that you're using your root domain, you should be adding both @ and www records into your DNS provider.

I would suggest using Cloudflare's DNS. They automatically issue/renew SSL certificates.

Try go to railway dashboard > open your service > go to domains > remove acktrial.com > wait like 2-5 minutes then add the domain again.
Make sure DNS is still pointing to Railway,If using Cloudflare, disable proxy (grey cloud) temporarily nad most importantly app is running and reachable.

thank you this is the solution that has worked after adding a www record it worked before i only had @ record.
