My website users are facing issues with Jio network while accessing. Please help with this. Getting the below exception.

i think the only working solution now for you is getting a custom domain (even a cheap .xyz for $1/year) and point it through cloudflare. this bypasses jio's dns blocking of railway's domains

This is most likely a Jio ISP-level issue (DNS / routing / IP blocking).

Suggested fixes:

Use Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1) and enable CDN

Check SSL certificate and mixed content issues

Disable strict firewall / rate limits temporarily

Test accessibility from an Indian IP

Many Railway-hosted apps face this intermittently with Jio.
