My wordpress existing site data is 5gb trying to upload via all in one migration plugin but after 6 percent it's says 403 error, can you help me in this

Also the website is too slow and unable to add new plugin gettin this error Installation failed: Could not create directory. /var/www/html/wp-content/upgrade/file-manager-advanced.5.3.0, after upgrading to hobby plan
