What application is this and did you not have volume attached to the app to save data ?

What exactly have you lost? The workflows? The execution history?

Did you change anything in your Railway project or it happened out of the blue?? Check the logs to spot any anomaly such as a sharp reduction in size, memory, traffic, etc.
