My workspace is restricted

For some reason I see this error which prevent me from doing anything with the workspace
Now - I already added credit card and see the 1$ charge on my credit card.
Whats the issue here? I also saw some other users in here that it happened to them - there is not problem with my credit card.

We're not able to share the specific reason a workspace is restricted, but for your current plan, upgrading to a paid plan (Hobby or Pro) will automatically resolve the restriction. You can do that at railway.com/workspace/plans.
